This is a home doctor consultation. Hospital care, scans and specialist appointments are not included. A home visit does not replace emergency care.

We serve Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, day and night.
When will the doctor arrive?
When you book, you pick a one-hour time slot. The earliest slot starts at least 1 hour from now. We aim to arrive within your chosen time slot, but unforeseen factors may change this.
Your chosen time is a request. Our team confirms the appointment separately from payment.
When do I pay?
Choose your visit, address, day and time. Payment is the last step.
Lab tests, medicines, drips, injections and procedures are separate from the consultation fee. Ask about the cost before agreeing to extra care.
Who comes for a doctor visit?
A licensed doctor visits you at home.
How much does a doctor visit cost?
A doctor home visit is AED 399. An urgent visit costs more. Tests and treatments cost extra. The doctor tells you the price before any test or treatment. Nothing is charged without your OK.
Can I request a female doctor?
Ask our team on WhatsApp before booking. A particular doctor cannot be guaranteed through this page.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Choose who the visit is for, then add their details in My Care Order.
Can I use insurance?
Not directly. You pay us first. Then we give you a full bill and all the papers to make a claim. You send them to your own insurance company. Whether they pay you back, and how much, depends on your plan.
