A doctor home visit is AED 399. An urgent visit costs more. Tests and treatments cost extra. The doctor tells you the price before any test or treatment. Nothing is charged without your OK.

You pay online at the last step. First choose your service, day, time slot and address.

Not directly. You pay us first. Then we give you a full bill and all the papers to make a claim. You send them to your own insurance company. Whether they pay you back, and how much, depends on your plan.

No. A home visit does not replace emergency care. In an emergency, call 998 now. Emergencies include chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding, passing out, signs of a stroke, and thoughts of hurting yourself.
