Services are delivered at your home, office, hotel, or other agreed locations within our service zones (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or chat.

Appointments are subject to availability and may be delayed based on location and urgency.

We aim to dispatch medical professionals within 30–45 minutes, but this may vary due to unforeseen factors.
By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate health details to ensure safe treatment.
3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payments can be made by cash, card, or online.

Full payment is required before or at the time of service delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

Promotional discounts or offers may be limited by time, location, or availability.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation is available up to 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made within 1 hour may be subject to a service or dispatch fee.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to case review.
If our team is delayed or service cannot be fulfilled, full refunds will be offered.
5. Medical Disclaimer
