1Scope of Services

City Doctor provides licensed at-home healthcare services, including but not limited to:

• Doctor consultations

• IV drip therapy

• Lab testing

• Nursing services

Services are delivered at your home, office, hotel, or other agreed locations within our service zones (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).

2Booking and Appointments

• Bookings can be made via website, phone, WhatsApp, or chat.

• Appointments are subject to availability and may be delayed based on location and urgency.

• We aim to have our medical professionals arrive within your chosen time slot, but this may vary due to unforeseen factors.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate health details to ensure safe treatment.

3Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in AED and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

• Payments can be made by cash, card, or online.

• Full payment is required before or at the time of service delivery unless prior arrangements are made.

• Promotional discounts or offers may be limited by time, location, or availability.

4Cancellations and Refunds

• Free cancellation is available at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, unless due to an emergency or medical reason.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, subject to case review.

If our team arrives after your chosen time slot but provides the service, the delay alone does not qualify for a full refund. If we cannot provide the service, you can choose a full refund or free rescheduling.

5Medical Disclaimer

• All services are provided by licensed medical professionals in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.

• Our services are not a substitute for emergency care. In case of a life-threatening condition, call 998 immediately.

• We do not guarantee medical outcomes and recommend follow-up with your primary physician where appropriate.

6Patient Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are over 18 or are booking on behalf of a minor with legal authority.

• You provide truthful medical information.

• You will follow the healthcare provider's instructions and consent to recommended treatment.

7Privacy & Data Protection

All personal and medical information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with UAE laws regarding data security, patient confidentiality, and consent.

8Liability Limitation

City Doctor and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Delays or service disruption beyond our control,

• Consequences of incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosures,

• Indirect or consequential damages from service use or non-use.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

9Intellectual Property

All website content, images, branding, logos, and service descriptions are the intellectual property of City Doctor and may not be reused, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

10Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new terms.

11Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes, if any, will be handled through competent UAE authorities.
