How much is a doctor home visit in Dubai?
A doctor home visit is AED 399. An urgent visit costs more. Tests and treatments cost extra. The doctor tells you the price before any test or treatment. Nothing is charged without your OK.
How soon can a doctor come in Dubai?
When you book, you pick a one-hour time slot. The earliest slot starts at least 1 hour from now. We aim to arrive within your chosen time slot, but unforeseen factors may change this.
Are your doctors licensed in Dubai?
Yes. City Doctor is licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA, licence 6210618). We are also licensed by DoH in Abu Dhabi (MF8071) and SHA in Sharjah (HF/2026/000533).
Do you visit hotels in Dubai?
Yes. Our doctor can visit you in your hotel room in Dubai. Write your hotel name and room number when you book.
Do you work at night and on weekends?

Can I use insurance?
Not directly. You pay us first. Then we give you a full bill and all the papers to make a claim. You send them to your own insurance company. Whether they pay you back, and how much, depends on your plan.
